The Dracula Universe is an alternate reality in the Multiverse created by The Leader and Hulk who traveled back in time and altered it, where vampires under Lord Hulk's reign rule the Earth. This universe is also known as Earth-TRN570 as part of the Marvel Reality Designation. However, this universe was destroyed after Hulk managed to put everything back to normal.
